ARE YOU LEVERAGING THE DIVERSITY WITHIN EACH TEAM?
If your team members are inching toward small goals using careful, proven methods, you’re stuck yards behind and you need a huge mindset shift to leap ahead. Let’s identify the things holding you back and adopt a new way of reaching your goals.
Dynamic teams can produce dramatically better results than individuals. But it’s easy to get frustrated if everyone is working out of sync. Improving team culture will reenergize and empower every member.
Building a house with my four kids—two boys and two girls—was an incredible lesson in team culture. We were barely able to communicate when we began, but by the end we could practically read each other's minds. Discovering our weaknesses and highlighting our strengths pulled us through the toughest tasks.
Using real life examples from the construction site with my kids, a team ranging from seventeen to two years old, I challenge audiences to take advantage of the wide range of skills and temperaments of a diverse team.
FORMAT: Keynote or workshop presentation. Q & A welcome. Books available for a signing and meet & greet.
CONTENT: My family team shares the same dynamics as the team in your business. Members of varying ages, skills, and temperaments work toward a common goal. they have to meet deadlines with limited resources and rely on one another to complete tasks none of them have ever attempted before.
